There are three core themes of NDST work which are common to all members of the team. These are:
Knowledge Management
Communications
Leadership and Organisational Development
There are also Programme Managers who are responsible for specific projects. These are:
Clare Beard: Programme Manager who is responsible for supporting self-care of diabetes
Liz Allan: Diabetes Information and Strategy Programme Manager who is supporting the review of the information needs for diabetes care and implementation of the Diabetes Information Strategy
Michelle Greenwood: Programme Manager who is responsible for leading on and supporting workforce
