The Fact Sheets are prepared for substances on the New Jersey Right to Know Hazardous Substance List. More than 1,600 Fact Sheets have been completed and more than 650 have been translated into Spanish. The Fact Sheets are prepared on pure substances and contain information on health hazards, exposure limits, personal protective equipment, proper handling, first aid, and emergency procedures for fires and spills. Click on the various links below to view our fact sheet collection, search or order Fact Sheets, or sign up to be notified about new postings. Note: Beginning September 2007, the Right to Know Program has adopted a new format for Hazardous Substance Fact Sheets. Fact Sheets in the old format will be converted over time as they are revised.
